Devin’s practice focuses on premises liability, automobile, trucking and transportation defense, property damage claims, workers’ compensation, and general insurance defense. A dedicated and determined attorney, he represents his clients with attention to detail and a strategic, results-driven approach.

Before joining Wanek Kirsch, Devin represented commercial companies and their insurance carriers in cases involving workers’ compensation and commercial liability at a New Orleans law firm. During law school, he interned and was sworn in as a Rule XX practitioner at the Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic and Center for Social Justice. While there, Devin represented clients in immigration-related issues including asylum interviews and trials, visa and status adjustment applications, and appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals and Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
